• Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews across teams and global time zones.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track.
• Serve as a contact for candidates, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Post job openings and manage outreach through various platforms.
• Support recruiter(s) in resume review and candidate screening.
• Conduct applicant phone and virtual interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse.
• Assist with recruiting programs and initiatives.
• Gather and share data insights to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

• Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven experience recruiting for entry- and junior-level roles.
• Experience working directly with hiring managers.
