Hotel Sourcing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our rapidly growing team as a Hotel Sourcing Manager for Fastbreak Travel. Our headquarters is in Charlotte, North Carolina but would consider a remote location for the right individual. Group travel and sports industry experience is highly desirable.

In Short

• Primary contact for local and national hotel partners.
• Maintain national and local hotel relationships in cities across North America.
• Negotiate and secure the best hotel blocks for event partners.
• Exceed revenue targets and initiate event strategies.
• Contract hotel blocks that hit ADR, pickup %, and margin targets.
• Build and maintain a multi-market hotel/CVB relationship map.
• Standardize block setup, pickup, and reconciliation process across events.
• Work closely with the Fastbreak Travel team to ensure events are contracted and maintained.
• Drive revenue growth, client retention, and referrals.
• Support Fastbreak Travel’s mission to innovate the event industry.
