Overview

The Director of Demand Generation will own the marketing pipeline and lead the account-based go-to-market strategy, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive personalized outreach and ensure pipeline health.

In Short

  • Own the marketing pipeline number across all channels.
  • Lead quarterly demand generation planning and forecasting.
  • Build and run the ABM strategy end to end.
  • Work hands-on with sales teams to develop account-level strategies.
  • Coordinate with product marketing and marketing ops.
  • Run weekly pipeline meetings to diagnose bottlenecks.
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach channels.
  • Manage external agencies to extend demand gen capacity.
  • Build and grow the demand generation function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in leadership roles and building ABM programs.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI-powered prospecting tools.
  • Proven track record of outbound pipeline targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with pipeline reporting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing teams.
  • Comfort operating as a player-coach.
  • Experience managing external agencies or contractors.
