Our platform ingests agronomic, financial, and imagery data - from a farmer’s phone camera to their bank feed - and produces clean, structured insights that power financial access, compliance, and sustainability outcomes.

In Short

• FarmRaise is hiring a Senior Software Engineer who will report to Cory McArthur, Head of Product.
• Collaborate with a small team of engineers, working closely to build high-quality, impactful features.
• Take ownership of features and contribute across the stack, from frontend to backend and deployment.
• Participate in technical discussions and code reviews to help maintain quality and alignment across the team.
• Engage with product and design teams to clarify business goals and ensure smooth execution of features.
• Compensation: $145,000 to $165,000 per year and equity granted via the company’s employee stock option pool.
• Fully remote with regular all-team retreats.

Requirements

• You have significant experience building and shipping features in a fast-paced, early startup environment.
• You have hands-on experience or familiarity with some of the following technologies: React, Typescript, Next.js, Dart, Flutter, Node.js, Kotlin, Spring Boot, AWS, GCP, DevOps.
• Bonus points for strong expertise in backend systems and DevOps.
• Experience working cross-functionally on small, focused teams.
• Experience building AI-native applications.
