In Short

FarmRaise is hiring a Principal Product Engineer.
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to identify AI user value.
Drive long-term technical direction for AI-enabled features.

Engage in code reviews and design discussions.
Compensation $200,000 - $230,000.
Fully remote with regular all-team retreats.

Requirements

Experience scaling startups from Seed to Series B.
Depth in one area with full-stack capabilities.
Hands-on experience with frontend and backend technologies.
Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices.
Experience leading small teams.
Ability to maintain code quality through reviews.
