Overview

As the agency's sole IT leader, you will manage all technology operations, ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence for staff across various industries.

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for all staff.
• Lead SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance initiatives.
• Manage relationships with outsourced IT partners.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or technology management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SOC2 compliance processes.
• Proficiency in Mac environments and SaaS tools.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented.
• Prior experience supporting creative teams.
