Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Producer to join our team of producers in the early development stages of a groundbreaking MMORPG. The Senior Producer will collaborate with other producers and cross-functional teams to oversee the production process, manage key aspects of development, and ensure the successful delivery of the project from conception through to launch and beyond.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in a Game Production role.
• Experience leading cross-discipline game development teams.
• Strong understanding of project management best practices.
• Experience working with remote and external teams.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Expertise in Agile and Lean development methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Trello.
• Deep passion for MMORPG and understanding of game mechanics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
