Fantastic Pixel Castle is seeking an empathetic leader of creative talent to manage communication between internal artists and a variety of freelance and outsource creatives in the AAA gaming space.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience on a AAA game.
• Proven creative and empathetic leader.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external teams.
• Experience solving complex asset pipeline problems.
• Experience in growing an art team.
