Overview

The Senior Diagnostics Advisor will provide technical leadership in diagnostics for health programs, overseeing operations and managing teams to enhance diagnostic networks and services.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in health or related field.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in program design and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in clinical diagnostics and quality management systems.
  • Strong public relations and diplomacy skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Experience in strategic planning and capacity building.
  • Ability to manage projects and set realistic priorities.
  • Experience in international development and NGOs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex projects.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
