Overview

As a Senior Staff Backend Engineer on the Ads team at Faire, you will be responsible for developing the next iterations of our ads products with improved retrieval speed, relevance, and scale while also helping us expand our product portfolio to new surfaces and formats.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years as a technical leader leading complex cross-departmental projects.
• 5+ years of industry experience working across components of an ads system.
• Experience scaling an ads product from 0 to a major portfolio.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
