Requirements

  • 4-6 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in the Gift and Home Goods category.
  • Expertise in managing a sales pipeline and multiple relationships.
  • Flexibility and excitement for a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong passion for customer success in the retail landscape.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-conscious approach.
  • Operationally-minded and process-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills, calm and collected under pressure.
  • Experience with technology and SaaS tools is a plus.
