• Craft jargon-free, concise, user-friendly, and performant content for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers from ideation to launch.
• Advocate for content decisions in cross-functional and executive reviews, translating user insights and strategic rationale.
• Participate in rapid experimentation and user testing, leveraging quantitative and qualitative research to validate copy decisions will meet performance goals.
• Transform user insights into effective and engaging content solutions.
• Write and edit a wide range of content, including microcopy, user interface text, onboarding flows, help documentation, FAQs, transactional emails, error messages, and in-app notifications.
• Evolve and maintain content style guides including brand voice and tone for Facet's products, ensuring adoption across the company.
• Partner with legal and compliance to ensure content adheres to regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX writing or related field.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging copy.
• Experience in user testing and research methodologies.
• Familiarity with content management systems and design tools.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in content creation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand voice.
