B2B Field Marketing Specialist - Remote in Germany - DACH

Overview

We are looking for operational support in Field Marketing – someone who not only organizes campaigns and events but truly brings them to life. In this role, you will ensure that our brand becomes more visible in the DACH region, actively engage our partners, and attract new customers.

In Short

• Implementation of regional campaigns focusing on partners and target groups in the DACH region to generate new leads and strengthen our brand.
• Localization and targeted distribution of centrally developed content (e.g., mailings, social media, print material) to support sales and marketing.
• Planning and execution of regional events (trade fairs, conferences, roadshows) – from budget planning to on-site execution.
• Evaluation of campaign and event successes to continuously optimize measures.
• Collaboration with media, influencers, and experts to strengthen our brand awareness.
• Coordination of press releases, speaker placements, and media contacts with internal teams and agencies.

Requirements

• Professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on channel marketing.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience with campaigns and events that deliver measurable results.
• PR and communication know-how in the German-speaking area.
• Organizational talent and a good sense of priorities, even when things get hectic.
• Experience with HubSpot, numerical understanding, and a clear focus on KPIs is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for events and meetings.
