Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Field Marketing Specialist to support the North America Field Marketing team and our goals. This candidate will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation and brand awareness through localized marketing initiatives.

In Short

  • Support the development and delivery of regional field marketing plans aligned with North American market priorities.
  • Assist in planning and executing field marketing events, such as regional trade shows, conferences, hosted events and campaigns.
  • Partner with the sales team to provide marketing assets and resources that support outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Manage the inventory, distribution, and logistics of marketing swag for North America events and campaigns.
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring that field marketing materials align with company messaging.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of both physical and virtual events.
  • Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
