In Short

• Develop features and components for security applications.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with UX, PM, QA, and other engineering teams.
• Participate in agile development methodologies.
• Maintain high standards in code reviews.
• Design and own development of features.
• Support full-stack flexibility.
• Work on backend infrastructure components.
• Engage in performance analysis and tuning on Linux.
• Foster a positive team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend infrastructure.
• Proficient in Python, Golang, Rust, or C/C++.
• Experience with Linux performance analysis.
• Familiarity with cryptography principles.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies.
• Strong understanding of network technologies.
• Experience in mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
