• Manage project setup and maintenance in the internal system.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and client requirements.
• Ensure timely dispatch of project documents to clients.
• Create and track invoices for completed projects.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries regarding ongoing projects.
• Provide administrative support to project teams.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data and project files.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project flow.
• Organize and manage documentation for traceability.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Experience in project organization or commercial administration.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Resilient and service-oriented.
