In Short

• Manage outgoing invoices and accounts receivable
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing
• Monitor open items and manage reminders
• Handle incoming invoices and accounts payable
• Conduct financial planning and liquidity management
• Provide decision-relevant reporting to management
• Collaborate on process improvements and automation
• Support payroll processing in coordination with HR
• Contribute to the development of financial processes
• Engage in proactive communication with stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in accounting or tax consulting
• Initial experience in financial accounting or controlling
• Proficient in common accounting software (especially DATEV) and ERP programs
• Good understanding of business metrics and profit/loss structures
• Structured and conscientious work style
• Proactive communication skills
• Basic knowledge of payroll accounting is a plus
