• Own and drive long-term strategic planning initiatives for warranty verticals.
• Lead efforts to optimize warranty programs, including pricing and revenue share models.
• Act as a central point for cross-functional collaboration across various teams.
• Oversee weekly strategy meetings focusing on pipeline management and program improvements.
• Spearhead strategic projects to improve vertical performance and drive innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a strategy, operations, or analytical role.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market motions and sales cycles.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python is preferred.
• Experience in warranty, insurance, or FinTech industries is a plus.
