Overview

As a Solutions Architect I at Extend, you will support the onboarding of new merchants, streamline integration processes, and enhance the overall post-purchase experience through AI-driven solutions.

In Short

• Support onboarding projects to accelerate the process for new merchants.
• Document merchant technical environments and create system architecture diagrams.
• Develop integration templates and configuration guides.
• Investigate and resolve post-onboarding technical issues.
• Conduct sandbox testing and QA validation of integration flows.
• Design optimized process flows leveraging AI for automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical solution architecting.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technology or consulting.
• Strong experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise merchants.
• Experience with eCommerce and ERP platforms.
• Proficient in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful integrations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment.
