Manager, Fraud Machine Learning - Remote

Overview

You will be part of the Risk Analytics team with ownership of Extend’s fraud detection capabilities and application, playing a pivotal role in managing risk and scaling the organization.

In Short

• Own the implementation of technologies and strategies to prevent and detect claim fraud.
• Lead a team of machine learning data scientists.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams.

• Hire, mentor, and coach junior data scientists.
• Optimize and deploy machine learning models.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning systems.
• 2+ years of experience mentoring and managing ML teams.
• Proven track record in fraud detection tools.
• Solid understanding of computer science concepts.
• Expertise in Python/R, SQL; TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong people leadership skills.
