Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Proficient in software development practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Empathetic and supportive leadership style.
• Experience with text-to-speech or audio libraries is a plus.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
