In Short

• Lead the team for Search and Content Understanding initiatives.
• Work with cutting-edge deep learning and LLM technologies.
• Own search end-to-end, including R&D, prototyping, data pipelines, and production models.
• Drive content understanding data products using LLMs and classical embedding techniques.
• Collaborate with various teams for integrations of content understanding.
• Maintain cross-functional roadmaps with ML Infra, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Mentor and help machine learning engineers grow in their careers.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top-tier engineering talent.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with production systems.
• 2+ years of experience leading/managing a team of machine learning engineers.
• Experience with large-scale, real-time recommendation or search models.
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related field.
