Sales Team Lead (Outbound) - Remote

Overview

This is a remote work position where you will lead a team of Consumer Concierge/Outbound Sales agents to deliver matching and scheduling services through outbound calls and messages to consumers and providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of BPO experience, preferably in a remote environment.

• Experience in piloting programs and initiatives.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and think creatively.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
