Overview

The Customer Success Manager will identify and mitigate churn risks while expanding customer relationships with Expertise.com. This position is remote and requires working night shifts.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative SaaS or B2B sales.
  • Ability to ask challenging questions and think outside the box.
  • Experience navigating complex relationships and sales processes.
  • Tech-savvy with G-Suite and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or entrepreneurship is a bonus.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet environment.
  • Well-spec'd computer for high-quality VOIP calls.
  • Native and/or bilingual English proficiency.
