We are seeking a Tech Lead full stack to strategically lead the development team. This position requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to influence, good communication, and a proactive approach to lead initiatives and decisions in a highly collaborative and agile environment.

In Short

Lead the development team technically, promoting good engineering practices.
Support the team in resolving technical impediments and architectural decisions.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies and technical roadmap construction.
Ensure high-quality technical deliveries with performance and security.
Encourage continuous team evolution through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Engage in the entire development cycle: conception, design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Support initiatives for reuse, technical documentation, and API standards.
Conduct proofs of concept and tests with new technologies.
Promote the use of observability and automation tools.

Requirements

Solid experience in technical leadership of development teams.
Excellent communication and collaborative posture.
Proficiency in Java 17+ with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch.
Experience with microservices architecture, REST, and GraphQL.
Experience with Angular 15+ or other modern frontend technologies.
Automated testing experience (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, etc.).
Solid understanding of DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns, and other architectural patterns.
Experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, SQS, EMR).
Knowledge in messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Experience with CI/CD, especially with Jenkins.
