Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst at Experian will evolve Management Information (MI) to enhance Sales team performance, utilizing data analytics and reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.

• Maintain standardized Management Information (MI) for user self-service.
• Build scalable MI and Analytics across products and clients.
• Create sustainable sales performance MI in Tableau/Power BI.
• Design and write new reports in Tableau/Power BI.
• Ensure high data quality for decision-making.
• Analyze performance against targets to discern trends.
• Identify opportunities for Sales teams to enhance performance.
• Highlight risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Guide adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in an insight role with Tableau exposure.
• Degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in Tableau dashboarding and reporting.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Salesforce reporting and dashboarding knowledge or certification.
• Experience in a large bluechip sales environment.
