Systems Engineer I - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Systems Engineer I to join our team. You will manage and resolve technical issues efficiently while providing exceptional support to our users and developers.

In Short

• Manage Support Ticket Queue: Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently based on SLA delivery.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Problems: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
• Research and Diagnose Issues: Conduct research to resolve technical problems for our application toolset.
• Administrative Tasks on Atlassian Tools: Perform tasks and server maintenance using CLI.
• Product Upgrades: Assist in performing product upgrades.
• Gen AI Tool Support: Support developers in the setup and administration of Gen AI tools.
• Monitor Application Health: Continuously monitor application performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in engineering roles or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Experience with application monitoring and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools and server management using CLI.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of Gen AI tools and their administration is beneficial.
