Overview

As an IT Systems Engineer I, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our IT systems infrastructure, focusing on identity management, application integration, and endpoint management.

In Short

• Manage and administer core IT systems including Okta, Genesys Cloud, Jamf, Microsoft Intune.
• Assist in onboarding and integrating new SaaS applications.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Coordinate international equipment procurement.
• Monitor and maintain systems for compliance and excellence.
• Document processes and system configurations.
• Support troubleshooting efforts across systems.
• Recommend improvements for IT processes.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a large organization.
• Basic knowledge of automation concepts.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools.
• Understanding of IT fundamentals.
• Experience with equipment procurement is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Proactive attitude and desire to learn.
