Overview

The Senior Manager, Global Incident Response will oversee the response, containment, escalation, analysis, and mitigation of cybersecurity incidents at Experian, managing a specialized team to enhance incident response effectiveness.

In Short

  • Manage daily operations of the Advanced Response team.
  • Develop processes and strategies for incident response.
  • Work with various stakeholders on critical response workstreams.
  • Maintain playbooks and operational processes for incident response.
  • Orchestrate analytical workstreams for escalated matters.
  • Ensure successful conclusion of cybersecurity incidents.
  • Support development of lower-level analysts through mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Cyber Incident Response or Security Operations.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a Cyber Incident Response Team.
  • Knowledge of Incident Response Life Cycle and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Understanding of common intrusion methods and TTPs.
  • Familiarity with Operating Systems and Security Technologies.
  • Experience with Incident Response and Security Monitoring applications.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Forensics or Incident Response.
  • Willingness to work outside normal hours as needed.
