Senior Data Engineer (Cloud & Analytics) - Remote

Overview

Experian is looking for a Senior Data Engineer (Cloud & Analytics) who will support data pipelines, cloud-based platforms, and reporting solutions to help teams make informed decisions.

In Short

• Support cloud-based data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Work with AWS services to maintain and improve data workflows.
• Help with data validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of analytics pipelines.
• Contribute to data lake solutions used for reporting and analytics.
• Support reporting and visualization tools used by business partners.
• Follow best practices for source control, documentation, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS data services such as Glue, S3, Aurora, or RDS.
• 5+ years of experience with modern data lake formats like Parquet or Apache Iceberg.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing fundamentals.
• Experience using source control tools such as Bitbucket.
• Exposure to reporting or analytics tools such as SSRS or Tableau.
• Comfort working in Agile or DevOps-style team environments.
