In Short

  • Lead programmes that create improvements in security maturity and risk reduction.
  • Work with senior leadership to plan and deliver important programmes.
  • Establish scalable structures and best practices for CFC teams.
  • Manage large-scale programmes in cybersecurity or security operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and performance metrics.
  • Promote communication between partners and delivery teams.
  • Design and manage global training programmes for team readiness.
  • Collaborate with partners to improve shared processes and services.
  • Build relationships across cybersecurity domains.
  • Provide administrative support for security operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in project or portfolio management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
  • Experience managing large-scale programmes in technical environments.
  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong strategic knowledge in data-driven decision-making.
