IT Program Manager – Cybersecurity - Remote

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. Humana’s Enterprise Information Protection department is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives that safeguard the organization.

In Short

• Oversee and manage large-scale cybersecurity programs.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop cohesive plans.
• Facilitate planning and guide project teams in execution.
• Drive program execution from scoping to delivery.
• Manage investment budgets and develop business cases.
• Identify and assess program delivery risks.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on program status.
• Assist in recruiting and mentoring team members.
• Employ project management best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years in IT project, program, and/or portfolio management.
• 4+ years of experience leading multiple concurrent projects.
• 2+ years in Cybersecurity program management.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing both delivery and operational responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Clear communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or cybersecurity preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
