Senior AEM Software Development Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead the development and evolution of our digital platforms, responsible for implementing scalable, customized solutions integrated with the Adobe ecosystem, ensuring high performance and user experience.

In Short

• Develop and maintain components, templates, and workflows in AEM.
• Act on architecture and design of solutions based on AEM Sites and AEM Assets.
• Integrate AEM with REST APIs, external services, and other Adobe solutions.
• Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to less experienced developers.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Adobe Experience Manager (versions 6.4+).
• Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).
• Knowledge in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks.
• Experience with AEM Assets, DAM, and content personalization.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven.
• Experience integrating AEM with other Adobe solutions or external platforms.
