Overview

Experian is seeking a passionate and strategic Sales Trainer & Program Manager to lead their Sales Rotational Program, aimed at developing early-career talent into future sales leaders.

In Short

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for sales roles.

  • Own the strategy and execution of the Sales Rotational Program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in professional development, B2B sales, or instructional design.
  • Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.
  • Experience in both virtual and in-person training environments.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Proficiency in storytelling and visual design tools.
  • Comfort with data analysis and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
