Overview

As the Sales Curriculum Development Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, governance, and optimization of sales learning content, curricula, and systems, ensuring that learning experiences are relevant and scalable.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7+ years in learning and development or related field.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory.
  • Program management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort with new technologies and process improvements.
  • Experience in corporate blended learning programs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
