Overview

The Program and Operations Director will lead renewal programs, optimize processes, and drive innovation for the North America Financial Services and Data Renewals Team at Experian.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent), 5–10 years of experience.
• PMP certification and project management expertise.

• Experience in driving continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with financial services.
• Innovation mindset and experience with GenAI.
