Program Director, Remote Operations

At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities. Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses.

The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

In Short

• Manage, strategize and track key initiatives across remote operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve monitoring of robots.
• Manage onboarding and performance of teleoperations vendors.
• Maintain clear documentation for teleoperations processes.
• Structure processes for responding to robot-related incidents.
• Create and monitor operational metrics.
• Provide operational feedback on remote control tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with data and tools like spreadsheets.
• Interest in robotics or remote support technologies.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Travel to visit vendor sites once a quarter is expected.
