Overview

Experian is seeking a Lead Software Development Engineer to enhance customer interactions through Intelligent Virtual Assistant technologies, utilizing skills in software development and technical leadership.

• Lead the development of Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) customer experiences.
• Design, develop, and maintain software systems using Groovy, Python, and Java.
• Collaborate with product managers to define new solutions and features.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant product or engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Groovy and Python, with experience in Java.
• In-depth understanding of AWS technologies.
• Experience with Git, Insomnia, VS Code, and Co-Polit.
• Leadership skills to inspire a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Knowledge of security best practices for software development.
