Overview

The KCS Coach Lead & Technical Writer is responsible for leading knowledge management initiatives and supporting RFP teams with high-quality technical writing.

• Lead the KCS coaching program and train internal teams.
• Develop and maintain KCS training materials.
• Monitor knowledge base health metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement.

• Support the RFP process with content organization.
• Contribute to boilerplate and standard response language.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in knowledge management or technical writing.
• Experience with KCS methodologies.
• Coaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Excellent technical writing skills in B2B or SaaS.
• Experience with RFP development processes.
• Proficient in knowledge management systems.
