The Lead Technical Writer will focus on documenting AI tools and creating content that enhances developer productivity at Salesforce.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Ability to write clear and concise content.
• Experience with infrastructure and DevOps documentation.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in creating process flow and database architecture diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Technical background with a focus on AI.
• Familiarity with Markdown and Git.
• Programming experience is a plus.
