Overview

The Healthcare Support Analyst will provide support for claims processing, recommend improvements for system efficiency, and communicate complex solutions to clients.

  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Perform claims conversions from legacy systems
  • Monitor job accuracy and completeness
  • Provide technical support and implement updates
  • Analyze customer data and perform optimizations
  • Maintain project plans and schedules

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in a computing environment
  • Experience with healthcare billing formats
  • Knowledge of ICD10 and CPT-4 codes
  • Skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic project management skills
