Global ENOC Engineer II - Remote

Overview

The Global ENOC Engineer II role at Experian focuses on providing operational network engineering support within a secure network infrastructure, collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality incident management and problem resolution.

• Provide incident troubleshooting support and management.
• Monitor network and security systems in a multi-region cloud environment.

• Manage certificate lifecycle for network load-balancers and security systems.
• Work schedule includes Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.
• Permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
• Collaborate within ITIL methodology.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in managing network technologies.
• Experience with stateful firewalls and packet inspection.
• Knowledge of WAN technologies and concepts.
• Experience with load balancers like Citrix Netscaler or F5.
• Familiarity with virtual networking technologies.
• Experience with packet capture and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Expertise in working with telecommunications carriers.
• Experience with ITIL incident and change management.
• Ability to exercise judgment in high-pressure situations.
