Global EHS Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Global EHS Engineer is responsible for providing Environmental, Health and Safety support at a Global level for all Beckman Coulter Life Sciences associates, working remotely to cover facilities, risk management, and support operations EHS.

In Short

• Provide EHS support globally for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.
• Ensure compliance with company systems and external regulatory requirements.
• Develop effective EHS compliance training programs.
• Manage Safe Driving programs for Field Service/Sales associates.
• Assist with EHS compliance audits and corrective action tracking.
• Coach site EHS Managers on audit expertise and incident investigation.
• Support internal EHS compliance through systems like Gensuite.
• Collaborate with functional leaders across various departments.
• Travel for audits and compliance checks as necessary.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in EH&S or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
• Knowledge of ISO Management System certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong understanding of global, local, and federal regulations.
• Experience with internal/external EHS auditing.
• Familiarity with Risk Management Processes.
• Ability to drive projects using continuous improvement tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% internationally.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
• Experience in Business Continuity Management is a plus.
