Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in Technical Program Management or related role.
• Experience leading large-scale technical programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.
• Ability to manage program budgets.
• Leadership experience with Technical Project Managers.
• Experience with tools like Confluence, Asana, Jira, Figma, Lucid, Miro.
