Overview

Experian is looking for a CRM Lifecycle Program Manager to lead the strategy and growth of our customer loyalty ecosystem—including digital badges, rewards, and engagement programs.

In Short

  • Lead the strategy for customer loyalty programs.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on engagement and retention.
  • Own metrics of campaign performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align campaigns with goals.
  • Optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
  • Facilitate multi-channel digital communications programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM.
  • Experience with loyalty, rewards, or retention programs.
  • Understanding of gamification mechanics.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Experience with enterprise-level email and push marketing.
  • Ability to translate campaign performance metrics into insights.
