Overview

The Client Technical Support Senior role at Experian involves providing ongoing data analysis and technical support while managing projects to ensure client orders are processed accurately and punctually.

In Short

  • Collaborate with internal groups to define process requirements for projects.
  • Interpret project specifications to produce desired results efficiently.
  • Analyze client data for accuracy and determine next steps.
  • Enter or alter program logic to initiate production processes.
  • Provide technical support including testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor accuracy and completeness of assigned projects.
  • Communicate status with team members and end users.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a technical processing environment.
  • Technical Bachelor’s degree in progress or complete.
  • Basic programming skills and desire to develop skills in mainframe and open systems.
  • Preferred skills in SQL and Alteryx.
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate fluently in English.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities.
