Overview

The Client Executive will manage Credit Union client relationships, generating revenue growth and providing strategic recommendations through data, analytics, and technology solutions.

In Short

  • Responsible for generating revenue growth in a named account environment.
  • Develop close alliances with senior client management personnel.
  • Offer recommendations through sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate annual pricing contracts and agreements.
  • Act as a strategic partner and primary contact for clients.
  • Collaborate with different teams to balance priorities.
  • Understand customer perspectives to enhance solutions.
  • Identify new business growth opportunities.
  • Report to the Senior Director, Credit Unions Northeast.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services sales.
  • Experience managing large strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record in uncovering sales opportunities.
  • Understanding of risk management in credit unions or banking.
  • Ability to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
  • Must reside in the East Coast or Atlantic Region of the US.
