Overview

Experian is looking for an experienced and thoughtful team player to lead belonging strategy across the North America region, while serving as a global product owner for our disability inclusion efforts.

In Short

  • Create and execute a comprehensive belonging strategy for North America.
  • Consult with Business Leaders, HR teams, and ERG leaders.
  • Partner with external organizations to drive financial empowerment.
  • Influence business partners to embed inclusive design principles.
  • Drive awareness of regional initiatives through strategic communications.
  • Lead global workstreams for a Barrier-Free Workplace initiative.
  • Deliver dashboards for monitoring progress on belonging goals.
  • Convert data into visually appealing presentations for leadership.
  • Oversee regional and global survey submissions.
  • Foster a culture of belonging within the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in driving change in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in Inclusion and Belonging, particularly disability inclusion.
  • Ability to connect belonging strategy with commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in navigating a matrixed global organization.
  • Ability to create toolkits or frameworks for initiatives.
  • Mastery of Excel and data analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
