Overview

The Attack Surface Management Manager will play a crucial role in Experian's cybersecurity strategy by leading the Continuous Threat Exposure Management program and building business engagement across global teams.

• Lead the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) service delivery.
• Manage the Business Engagement Team and ensure vulnerability management strategies are implemented.
• Maintain risk stratification models for vulnerability prioritization.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents and ensure accurate risk identification.
• Guide team members in daily project and operational activities.
• Contribute to strategic planning for security and technology programs.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance teams on various audits.
• Research and recommend policies related to Attack Surface Management.
• Engage and present security topics at senior levels.
• Develop security reports and metrics analysis.

Requirements

• Expertise in Attack Surface Management and vulnerability remediation.
• Management experience in enterprise-level cybersecurity.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools like Qualys or Rapid7.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Experience in cloud security practices.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills for senior-level presentations.
• Experience with risk-based vulnerability management models.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity incident response.
• Familiarity with security reporting and metrics analysis.
