Social Media Executive - Remote

Overview

The Social Media Executive will be creative and proactive taking ownership of both our internal and external social media channels. This role is key to strong communication across the business, increasing brand visibility, and supporting our growth by attracting new agents to eXp UK.

In Short

• Manage and create content for all internal and external social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Workplace)
• Collaborate with the wider Growth and Marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive agent attraction and engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on insights
• Support the promotion of events, milestones, and agent success stories
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform changes
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy with fresh ideas and initiatives
• Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in office software (e.g, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Bachelors or undergraduate degree with no experience, or 5 GCSE’s including Maths & English + minimum of 2 years' experience, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the estate agency industry preferred
